Our Velvet Khaki Dressage Saddle Padd is handmade by our saddler in Haute-Savoie. Covered with a thick French velvet, it provides excellent cushioning between the saddle and the horse’s back. Its honeycomb cotton lining ensures excellent breathability and moisture and sweat evacuation. This honeycomb fabric characterized by its small cells is not only elegant but also recyclable, thin and technical for horse comfort. . The pad also has a nylon strap loop to keep the saddle and pad in place. Its khaki color is enhanced by a black leather trim. The round padding and its soft touch ensure the elegance of the pad. The Marpezia logo, also embroidered in black, completes the look. The anatomical cut adapts perfectly to the horse’s back and  avoids injuries related to friction, particularly at the withers.

The secret and what makes this saddle pad unique lies between the velvet fabric and the honeycomb. We have indeed inserted a ceramic membrane, called “Kösen”, which provides multiple benefits for the horse.
